How they are made

Printed To Order, One Set At A Time

The design on your wheels is not a wrap, a decal or a sticker. It is printed into the face of the disc with UV-cured ink and comes off the same bed you can see here. These are photographs of that floor.

UV flatbed printer printing aero wheel covers — A UV flatbed printer lays the artwork straight onto the disc face. The violet glow is the UV-LED lamp curing the ink the instant it lands.
