Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with live tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore. Orders cannot be delivered outside these countries at this time.

Shipping Method & Cost

Every order ships completely free — no minimum order value and no conditions. All orders are sent by tracked standard courier: international express line-haul with local last-mile delivery in your country. A full tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Thailand: 3–7 business days
Japan / South Korea / Singapore: 5–10 business days
United States / Australia: 7–12 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the 1–3 business day processing window.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Tracking & Support

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order is en route. If your tracking has not updated in over 7 days, or your delivery has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@aerodisc.co and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

Address Corrections

Please verify your delivery address at checkout. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately — we can adjust the delivery address at any point before the order ships.
